> On the 17th of June 2016, as the evening kissed the day goodbye; Paris Suite in Festac town was locked down as Ex Mr. Nigeria Deji Bakare unveiled his tv show DBATS season 2 which stands for Deji Bakare Talent Search.
> The event started as beauty queens, models, actors, artistes and comedians graced the red carpet in white dazzling outfit. The likes of Ada third runner up project fame West Africa, Arewa fourth runner up project fame West Africa and many more made comments on the unveiling of D'BATS tv show. Arewa encouraged people with talent not to hesitate in using a platform like D'BATS to showcase their talent because they can never tell who is watching and living their talent. Arewa further narrated on how she made the bold step to contest for project fame and how she was surprised on how the audience embraced her God gifted voice.
> After the interview the organiser of the tv show shared his drive and vision of the tv show to the audience; he started by thanking Ben Murray Bruce and the silver bird group for initiating the platform(Mr. Nigeria) that led to his victory. He explained further on the drive for his Tv show and that he wanted to give back to people out there same opportunity given to him; he advised people with talent to stop hiding but to take advantage of any given opportunity made for them, to show the world what they are made of because they might be the next 2face Idibia tomorrow.
> Deji Bakare continued sharing the concept of D'BATS Season 2 which is a platform for people with talent to upload to stardom a 2 minute video of their talent to D'BATS website for qualification to be part of the TV show.
> The event concluded by unveiling D'BATS season 2 new look; it was a lovely concept and made the audience excited that they gave a standing ovation and a round of applause. Deji Bakare thanked the audience for being part of his vision and support as a champagne was popped and variety of dishes served.
